What memory do you use?
Our flash drives are built with new memory chips from recognizable brand names such as Toshiba, Samsung, Micron, Hynix which are top-tier manufacturers that also build other consumer electronics and appliances. We only use MLC flash instead of TLC and downgraded chips widely used by other suppliers.
Do you sell to the public?
No, we only sell to distributors. We can always direct your inquiry to one of the qualified resellers in your area.
Do you only sell in Canada?
No, our client base is worldwide and we have the knowhow for shipping and delivering around the globe.
What is the warranty of your products?
We offer a lifetime warranty on our memory modules. Flash drives carry a 5-year warranty unless otherwise specified. Power banks and mobile accessories carry a 1-year term. Please see our complete warranty guideline and return policy here: Service and Forms
Under what circumstances can you return products with a logo?
- If the USB drives were defective, we’ll replace them or repair them at our cost. Please test the USB drives in different computers (desktop and laptop) with different operating systems as sometimes the problem is your computer.
- If we produced the wrong USB style or the wrong logo
- If we produced the wrong USB capacity, for example: a 1GB instead of a 2GB
What is the minimum order?
We start at quantity 1 for non-logo items and for logoed ones, we start as low as 10 pieces. Please see our catalog for specific minimums on each product or visit our website.
What is the standard turnaround?
At all times we have stock in popular USB models that can be branded and shipped within 24 hours. Standard production times are:
13-15 working days for USB drives
20-25 working days for Power Banks
15-20 working days for Mobile Tech products (depends on the product)
Do weekends count as production days?
Weekends do not count as production days. We only count business days when determining lead time, major holidays excluded.
Do you offer RUSH service?
Yes, we offer a 48-HOUR rush service as well as a 6-8 business day turnaround in several of our USB drives and other tech products. Please contact us for an updated list of LOCAL logoed products.
Are there setup charges?
No, we do not charge any setups except for fully customized 2D and 3D USB drives.
What is the cost of customizing my flash drives?
All of our prices include branding, whether it is 1 or 2 color print or 1 location engraving. Extra printing options are available at a low cost.
Do you charge pantone color match?
No, we do not charge for pantone matching. In order for your print to be accurate, we ask that you provide us with your pantone colors. If you do not have them, we will match as close as possible the colors in your artwork.
How are products packaged?
We provide FREE gift packaging for most of our products. We also offer a wide selection of other packaging options.
Can packaging be printed?
Yes. Several of our packaging options can be personalized with your logo for a low fee. Please contact your sales representative for details.
Do you have accessories? What services do you offer?
Yes, we provide a wide variety of accessories such as key chains, lanyards, metal rings. Our services go from basic preloading in the USB drives to password protection and on-site product assembly. Please visit our product pages for details on accessories and services.
Can I cancel an order?
No. Once an order is placed and accepted by our sales team, you cannot cancel, and the Purchaser Order (PO) becomes a legally binding document. Furthermore, for orders with a logo, the order is final when the visual is approved and cannot be changed or cancelled. If you need to make a change to your logo during the first 24 hours after placing the order, we will do our best to change it. Past these 24 hours, no changes for the decoration are possible. Can I change the logo after I approve my order?
No. Once an order is placed and the proof confirmed for production, you cannot modify the logo. If you need to make a change to your order during the first 24 hours after placing the order, we will do our best to change it. Past these 24 hours, no changes are possible.
Do you test products?
Yes. As our background is in memory products and not just promotional items, we have a deep understanding of technology and conduct a thorough process of quality control and testing prior to shipping both at the factory level and at the distribution level.
What are your credentials?
We are PPPC, SAGE, PPAI vendor members. We are premium members of the Apple Developer Connection and the SD™ Association and are identified as a Manufacturer of Computer Memory by the Canadian industry and EDC with a product liability insurance of up to $2 Million US.
What are your certifications?
Quality is at the core of our business. Our memory, USB drives, power banks and mobile tech accessories are FCC, CE and RoHS approved. Several of our power banks are also UL certified. We conduct testing and follow quality assurance protocols. We work closely with top manufacturers to bring you the best products.
